Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Ennaciri Youssef ("we") collects through this website, why, and the rights you have.

Data we collect

Forms you submit (contact, quote, booking, careers, scanner): name, email, company, phone and the message you write.
Client portal accounts: contact details, support tickets, reports and invoices.
Payments: handled by PayPal, Stripe or your bank. We receive a payment reference and status, never your card number.
Technical data: IP address, browser and pages visited, used for security and basic analytics.
Personal protection sessions: what you tell us about your accounts and devices, and the settings we look at together during a session with you present. We never ask for or keep your passwords. Session notes are deleted after the period in your agreement (30 days by default).
Purchases of software: your name, email, company, the invoice, the licence key we issue and your download activity, kept as accounting and licence records.
Chat assistant: the questions you type are stored for 90 days to improve our answers. They are not used to identify you. If we switch on the optional AI answering, the text of your question and the relevant passages of our website are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to write the answer; do not type personal or confidential data in the chat.
Electronic signature of contracts: when you sign a document with us, we record your name, job title, email address, the time, your IP address and browser details, the fingerprint of the signed text, and a tamper-evident log of the signing steps. We keep this as evidence of the agreement for as long as the agreement and any legal limitation period require.
Domain scanner: the domain you enter and your email if provided. Scans are passive and only touch the domain you submit.

Why we use it

To respond to your requests, provide and bill for services, secure the site, and (with your consent where required) send security updates. We do not sell personal data.

Retention & security

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Access is restricted by role, the admin area supports two-factor authentication, and traffic is encrypted in transit.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and Moroccan Law 09-08) you may request access, correction, deletion or export of your data, and object to processing. Email ops@valkynet.com.

Cookies

We use a session cookie that is essential for security (CSRF protection, login). No advertising cookies are set by us.
