Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and any services you buy from Ennaciri Youssef. Engagements are also governed by a signed statement of work.

Authorisation

We only test systems you own or are explicitly authorised to test. You must provide written authorisation before any penetration test or red-team activity begins. The free scanner may only be used on domains you own or control.

Services & fees

Fees are set out in your quote or invoice. Invoices are due by the date stated; you can pay with any of the methods shown on the invoice (for example PayPal, card or bank transfer). Processing fees, where applicable, are displayed before you pay.

Confidentiality

We treat client data and findings as confidential and share them only with people you authorise. Test data is deleted or returned at the end of the engagement.

Liability

Security testing carries inherent risk. We take reasonable care to avoid disruption, but except where the law forbids, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or use the scanner to probe third-party systems.

Changes & law
